Over 17 years I've worked at the intersection of engineering and leadership, turning complex technical challenges into real-world solutions for global companies. My career has taken me from building cloud-based GPU systems and Deep-Learning-powered CAD tools in Tokyo, to founding and scaling MISUMI Nepal — a subsidiary connecting Nepal's engineering talent to Japan's precision-manufacturing industry.
At MISUMI Corporation Japan I spent nearly a decade pioneering next-generation AI systems that transformed how engineers design, search, and automate manufacturing workflows — including one of the industry's first Deep-Learning-based 3D part recommendation engines.
In 2025 I took on my most defining challenge yet: launching MISUMI Nepal from scratch as Vice President — building the team, the culture, and the infrastructure, and delivering 20–30% improvements in speed without sacrificing quality. Great technology is only half the equation; the other half is people — empowering them and connecting them across Japan, Nepal & Thailand.
